We hired Booher Construction to tear down an original construction deck and build our new one from the ground up, with a permanent roof. The first thing to stand out to us long before construction began was the high level of communication and professionalism from Nick. Everything was laid out for us well in advance and all questions/concerns were answered in a timely manner. He was willing to meet with us a few times as we decided on deck materials and color schemes. During the construction process, Nick kept us up to speed on all goings on. They operated as close to the projected timeline as Pittsburgh spring weather allows. His team kept the worksite clean and left virtually no footprint once completed. We could not be happier with the finished product and highly recommend Booher Construction!

Booher Custom Decks just completed our 3 deck project and if I could sum it up in a word it would be EXCELLENCE! Our main deck was redone with new pvc decking, steps, new railing ,and wrapped support posts....our pool deck was completely rebuilt from scratch with matching pvc decking and railing... our front porch was redone with new composite decking, new steps, new railing and wrapped posts....and we are more than pleased with all of it! It's beautiful! Nick and his team were a pleasure to deal with, showed up exactly when expected, cleaned up after every day's work and their craftmanship and attention to detail are unmatched. Also, Nick was very easy to communicate with and helped in the planning stages, too. As a side note specific to our needs, we have a dog that does not do well with strangers and Nick and his team were very accommodating when I needed to take the dog out and we greatly appreciated that. Booher Construction just finished a project at my house! With the amount of rain we’ve had this summer, I cannot believe they were able to start on time! They worked so efficiently and left my yard clean each day! I have kids and dogs and I was worried there would be scraps or messes to deal with and that wasn’t the case EVER. Cleanest contractors I’ve ever dealt with and kindest! Nick and his guys were so nice and respectful. The work was done quickly, they showed up exactly when they said they would each day. We had a new deck made by Booger construction. I'm not joking when I say that I think the deck is better constructed than our house! The deck that we wanted was not just a basic deck, we had a ramp built and the dimensions were different than usual but everything was perfect. They completed the job quickly and were very friendly.
